Key Responsibilities
- Execute routine tasks: Run periodic maintenance schedules to boost production output.
- Minimize plant downtime: Respond quickly to emergency machinery breakdowns.
- Predict asset failures: Conduct predictive maintenance and technical analysis.
- Develop maintenance tools: Create grease maps and equipment checklists.
- Perform root cause analysis: Identify failure origins to deploy permanent countermeasures.
- Manage warehouse stock: Use ABC classification to optimize spare parts inventory.
- Draft technical documentation: Write standard operating procedures (SOPs) and OPLs.
- Modify equipment: Create precise engineering drawings for workshop fabrication.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum five years of experience in a similar technical capacity.
- Niche expertise: Prior experience in the food packaging industry is highly preferred.
